Why do I Compete Every Day?
This is such a bold question, so here it is:
I compete because it reminds me I'm worth it.
It means choosing between caving to the inner critic in my head or the reality I want to create. It means doing all things with gratitude. It means showing others that it doesn't have to look pretty, it's definitely not going to be perfect and that there's going to be an endless amount of struggle. and lastly, that at the end of the day if I'm still standing I can look myself in the mirror and know that I've made it and I get to wake up the next day and do it all again.
I compete because I don't need someone else to define my worth. Only I can do that."
