We promise to fulfill all orders within 2-3 business days of order (excluding preorders). Our posters & kids shirts are produced on-demand and will ship within six (6) business days of the order.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc. You will receive an email with tracking the moment your order ships. 

We do not guarantee a set delivery date for standard shipping or free shipping orders, as the timeline will be determined by carrier (primarily USPS) and can fluctuate depending on season. We do offer 2-day expedited shipping with a guaranteed delivery date at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International orders make take anywhere from 6-14 business days to arrive once shipped. Shipping costs do not include landed costs and customers may be responsible for applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on behalf of customs.

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you or your country's customs rejects your shipment, or your package is deemed as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reason, we will refund you for the refused items once they are returned to us in re-sellable condition; however, you are responsible for your shipping charges plus any other fees that may apply.

If additional fees do apply, they will be taken out of your refund. If you feel the error is due to a mistake on the part of the shipping company, you will have to speak with them directly about getting your fees refunded.

 

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for USA orders with subtotals $99 or more. Free shipping includes our standard USPS mailing option. If you need your package sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option that fits your timeline in lieu of free shipping at checkout.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

All shipments confirmed by tracking as delivered are considered complete. Any packages lost or stolen after shipment has confirmed delivery by tracking are not covered by Compete Every Day, LLC. 

We currently have partnered with Route to provide customers the option add insurance to their shipment, which will cover the replacement of a lost or stolen package in transit.

Compete Every Day is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the shipping carrier.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does shipping cost? We offer a carrier-based shipping on ground shipping for all orders (determined by USPS & UPS directly), and FREE shipping for all orders over $99. FREE shipping applies to all USA standard orders (no rush delivery) for sub-totals greater than $99. Any gift card purchases, taxes or shipping fees added, do not count toward the free shipping. 

We also offer upgrade priority rush shipping through UPS, which will range based on location and desired delivery, for those customers needing an expedited delivery.

Compete Every Day is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. 

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

Yes, if you act fast you can cancel or change an order within 60 minutes of placing it by emailing us. If 60 minutes have passed since placing your order, you may return the order using our Returns & Exchanges information. Orders cancelled after 60 minutes will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Youth Shirt sales are final.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to a number of countries outside of the US. International rates range based on current carrier pricing.

 

Can I Pick Up My Order? Unfortunately right now all orders are exclusive to online & shipping only.

How will I track it? You will receive an email the moment your order ships from our team with tracking information & an expected delivery date from USPS, UPS or FedEx.

 

What if I didn't get a tracking notification? Sometimes our CompeteEveryDay.com emails can go to spam / junk folders. If you did not receive an order or shipping notification in your inbox or spam/junk folder, please email our team at orders@competeeveryday.com so we can assist. We'll most likely respond from a gmail.com account in case the issue is with our emails & your mail server.
